Principy a techniky mentoringu a reverzního mentoringu

Cílem tohoto modulu je poskytnout mladým pracovníkům (ve věku 18-30 let) i starším pracovníkům (ve věku 50+) základní faktické znalosti o principech a technikách formálního mentoringu a reverzních mentorských vztahů. To zahrnuje učení, jak rozlišovat mezi koncepty mentoringu a reverzního mentoringu, hodnocení vlastních mentorských dovedností a seznam hlavních fází formálního mentoringového procesu. Praktická cvičení v tomto modulu se zaměřují na plánování a implementaci mentorových setkání na pracovišti.
